Can I request a sample and technical documents?
Yes. Contact HAMED with the product and grade you need to discuss sample availability, product specifications and available documents. Sample arrangements and any charges are confirmed individually.
Are packaging and storage conditions the same for every product?
No. Packaging format, handling and storage depend on the product and agreed grade. Review the relevant product information and confirm requirements in the quotation; do not apply one product’s conditions to the entire range.
Where can I review product specifications?
Use the “View specifications” link on any product card to open its reference profile. Contact our team with your target specifications and intended application to request the current product sheet, sample and lot COA.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Include the product, target Brix or grade if known, application, estimated quantity, preferred packaging and delivery country. MOQ, production timing and commercial terms are confirmed for each enquiry.
