FROM FRUIT TO FORMULATION

Choose a fruit concentrate for your process.

01 / APPLICATION

Start with the finished product

Define the intended juice, beverage, sauce or fruit preparation before comparing ingredients. Consider the desired fruit character, colour, acidity and processing conditions. A catalog description is a starting point; a trial in your own recipe is the practical basis for product approval.

02 / TECHNICAL PROFILE

Compare the same measurements

Review Brix, pH, acidity and the stated acid basis on the individual fruit concentrate page. Ask for clarification when a method or unit is not specified. Compare offers at the agreed concentration and quality parameters so differences in grade are understood before purchasing.

03 / SAMPLE REVIEW

Test at the intended dilution

Evaluate flavour, aroma, colour and clarity after dilution and under the planned heat treatment or mixing conditions. Record your acceptance criteria and keep an approved sample as a reference for the purchasing and quality teams. Confirm suitability for your finished product before a commercial order.

DOCUMENTED PRODUCT REVIEW

From sample to agreed specification.

Request the current lot certificate of analysis (COA), proposed packaging and written storage instructions for the fruit concentrate you are considering. Check the document against the sample and the measurements agreed with your quality team.

Confirm the commercial details.

Include the expected quantity, destination, required delivery timing and any product or market requirements in your enquiry. Drum format, net weight, minimum order quantity, availability, lead time and trade terms are confirmed in the quotation.

Storage requirements vary across the range. Review the specific product page and confirm transport temperature, handling after opening and shelf life for the offered lot. A general category description does not replace the approved product sheet.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Before you request a quotation.

Which fruit concentrate products are available to review?

The range covers apple, white grape, red grape, red plum, pomegranate, sour cherry, orange, date and strawberry. Open a product above for its reference specifications. Current availability and offered grade are confirmed for each enquiry.

Are all concentrates supplied at the same Brix?

No. Brix and other reference values vary by fruit and product. Use each individual profile, then agree the final specification against the proposed sample and current lot COA.

How should I compare a concentrate with a purée?

Consider fruit character, pulp content, clarity, consistency and the solids required in your recipe. Explore the fruit puree range when a pulp-based ingredient better fits the intended application.

What documents can I request?

Certificates, samples and product documents are available upon request. State any destination-market or customer requirements so the relevant documents and product suitability can be reviewed before the order is agreed.
